About – Myotherapist – Daniel Seaton
Daniel Seaton has been practicing manual therapy since 2005 and qualified as a myotherapist in 2007 through Border College of Natural Therapies. He practiced in London for 2 years before relocating back to Melbourne.
In 2006 Daniel sustained multiple fractures in his lower back from an AFL football game requiring repeated visits to local manual therapists. It was during this time that he truly discovered how debilitating pain can be and the importance of working with well trained, experienced and energetic practitioners in the recovery process.
Daniel Seaton is very passionate about the clinical benefits of myotherapy as well as working with and empowering patients. He always ensures that patients have a thorough understanding of their issues and an effective realistic treatment plan moving forward. That plan involves structured rehabilitation programs.
Daniel has worked closely with sports doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists and osteopaths and treats a variety of patients from professional AFL footballers and elite level runners to office workers with unresolved neck pain. His work with AFL footballers and runners has seen him develop an interest in problems that arise in the lower back, hips and lower legs.
